"We have been thinking about changing our auto insurance company because our current rates have gone up exponentially and it was time to consider switching. We ran some quotes online and State Farm's numbers were competitive so we gave them a call. We spoke with Zach, who was helpful, friendly, and understanding right from the start. He answered all our questions, even the ones we asked repeatedly to confirm we were getting the coverage we wanted. We couldn't believe how reasonable our new monthly premium is for the exact same coverage we had before. We've known a few other people who have State Farm and have been very happy with the coverage, customer service, and roadside assistance option, which we are also grateful for. If you're looking to switch, don't hesitate, give Zach a call and see what State Farm can do to provide you the coverage and peace of mind you need. So often as consumers, we feel bad for changing companies or are shy about shopping around. Remember, there's nothing wrong with looking at all your options.
